Respectful, thorough, and done in a day.

Estate cleanouts are personal work. Families are grieving, executors are juggling deadlines, and out-of-state relatives are trying to coordinate a house they haven't seen in years. We handle all of it — quietly, respectfully, and on time.

Here's how it works: we walk the property with you (in person or by video), you point out anything family wants kept, and we take care of everything else. Usable furniture, clothing, and household goods get donated to Goodwill, Hope Center for Kids, or the Open Door Mission. Metal gets recycled. Photo albums, documents, and keepsakes we come across get set aside and photographed for you.

When we leave, the property is broom-clean and ready for a realtor, an estate sale, or a closing. We can invoice the estate directly and provide donation receipts for tax purposes.

Serving all of Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, Elkhorn, Bennington, Blair, and Council Bluffs. Most cleanouts happen within a week of your call.

Frequently Asked

How much does an estate cleanout cost in Omaha?
Most estate cleanouts run $650–$2,400 depending on the size of the home and how full it is. A studio apartment turnover might land at $550; a fully furnished 4-bedroom with a packed basement runs $1,800–$2,400. We give firm flat-rate quotes after a free walk-through — no hourly meter.
How long does an estate cleanout take?
Most single-family homes finish in one day. Larger properties or hoarding situations take two. We coordinate around estate sale timelines, closing dates, and family visits.
Can you handle the cleanout if I live out of state?
Yes — this is one of the most common calls we take. We do a video walk-through, photograph anything you want set aside, donate the good stuff (with receipts), and leave the property broom-clean and ready for the realtor.
Do you work with executors, attorneys, and realtors?
All the time. We can invoice the estate directly, provide donation receipts for tax purposes, and coordinate directly with the realtor for showing-ready timing.
What happens to the items?
Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation partners. Metal gets recycled. E-waste goes to certified drop-off. Only what's truly trash goes to the landfill — usually less than half the load.
